RoC MAX Resurfacing Cleanser Sneak Peek

As a RoC Skincare Ambassador I get to hear info about upcoming products before they hit the shelves. This time I get to tell you guys about the upcoming “RoC MAX Resurfacing Cleanser”.

RoC® MAX Resurfacing Cleanser 153x300 RoC MAX Resurfacing Cleanser Sneak Peek

They say:

· Smoothing micro-spheres exfoliate away all traces of dirt, oil and dead skin that can interfere with absorption of anti-aging ingredients

· Powerful anti-oxidants vitamin C and E to help improve skin’s tone and texture, while revealing more luminous skin

· Available at drugstores nationwide beginning July 2012 (5 oz. tube)

· Suggested retail price: $9.99USD

I think we all know how much I love me a good exfoliating cleanser, so I’m really looking forward to trying this one out.

Do you guys use an exfoliating cleanser? If so, which one?

This is good to know. I have
tried everything from Burt’s Bees but way too oily. I’ve tried every product
too at Whole Foods. I do the at home facial with the Riiviva Microdermabrasion
tool for my acne scarring and it’s terrific. It’s here at http://www.riiviva.com.

    Do you have any
recommendations of what would work to moisturize without all the oily residue
that happens when I use oils? Thanks!

You may not need a different product, maybe just a different technique.

Are you using warm water to rinse when you use the cleansing oils? I know when  rinse with cool/cold water, it tends to stick around longer, leaving me feel kind of filmy.

Also, I like to use a washcloth/linen/muslin to clean my skin – the texture of the cloth helps exfoliate and rub all of the oils off my face better than just with my smooth, wet fingers.
Try that out and see if helps with the residue before trying something new and let me know how that works out for you! :)

I’ve never tried RoC cleansers, but I’m glad to see another product on the market with microbeads instead of jagged bits – so much smoother and better for the skin!

I *absolutely* agree. I love the bliss cleansing milk for just that reason! I cringe when I hear people still use the St. Ives Apricot Scrub, just knowing they could nick their skin. :(
