This time my random thoughts are about using younger models in anti-aging advertisements, which are targeted to my age range, not theirs. I also ramble about owning my age, and rave about Jane from British Beauty Blogger calling out age issues lately, too.
With the new year, it seems to be a time for everyone to reflect on changes that they want to do to improve their life – both physically and mentally. For example, I am trying to find my perfect foundation and working on trying to “Be Better” about myself.
So far that has resulted getting started with two consultations for foundation matching (*more on that later). I also made it out to a meetup to get social with other local bloggers. You might be surprised how many of us there actually are – I know I am. This also means continuing things that I had started at the tail end of last year – upping my skin care game by still using the Imedeen® Anti-Aging supplements that I told you about last month.
As you know that I try a whole slew of different types of skincare to make sure that I keep this 40+yo face looking as young as I can. (*I may not want to ever BE in my 20’s again, but I can’t help but want to have skin like that again, for sure.). Pretty much all of these are topical treatments that work on the top layer, the epidermis layer, of my skin.
So, when I heard about an anti-aging supplement that is specialized for women 40 years or older, that works down in the dermal layer of the skin, I knew I needed to know more. I headed over to the website for Imedeen® and took the “Lifestyle Skin Assessment”. After a few questions about how I go about life, it decided that the Imedeen Time Perfection® skin care supplements would be best for me.
