So you guys know that RoC Skincare Ambassador and part of the fun of that is turning my friends and family on to RoC products. Well, it worked really well for my BFF, as it became part of her regular routine (*we are talking day cream, night cream, eye cream, resurfacing system – the works!). Then she found out she was pregnant. Now, being super cautious, we wanted to make sure that it was okay for her to continue using the Retinol based products during her pregnancy. So, I sent a question over to my friends at RoC for their opinion and this is what they said:
We recommend that she first consults her doctor before continuing any retinol regimen, since retinol is a type of Vitamin A, which in high doses during pregnancy can be harmful to an unborn child. Although there are no studies showing that Retinoids in their topical form have caused harm to pregnant women, doctors generally advise staying away from retinol during pregnancy.
As a suggested alternative, your friend can try a rich moisturizer such as the RoC Multi Correxion Lift Anti-Gravity Night Cream, which temporarily plumps skin and helps mask fine lines. She can also try products containing anti-oxidants, which help combat the appearance of environmental damage.
So, I passed that along to my BFF and she rushed out and bought some of the RoC Multi Correxion Lift Anti-Gravity Night Cream:

So, there you have it – if you have a pregnant friend, or are pregnant yourself, and have been on a Retinol regimen, then my BFF can highly recommend making the switch over to the retinol-free RoC Night Cream.

As for my hair, I actually try to start that the night before by applying a hair oil to my scalp. Lately, I have been using the 
As for my body, I make sure to use my exfoliating mittens to go over my whole body and get rid of all of the dead skin. Sometimes I will use an exfoliating cleanser, but usually on treatment evenings, I will use a more moisturizing, and thicker, body wash, so I will exfoliate and then use the rich body wash to cleanse all of that away. As soon as I get out of the shower, I will layer products to seal in moisture, starting by putting on an oil, followed by a rich body lotion to make my skin feel soft, but not oily. Since I am SO ready for Spring to get here, I have been using a combination of products from the 
Lastly, I do not forget my feet – well, like I do for the rest of the month. I’m serious, I should really take better care of them, but they have been cooped up in closed shoes all winter and I haven’t had to look at them during the day. No excuse, I know, but, reality stinks sometimes.
