Venetian Beauties

One thing you can say about Tilda Swinton is that she she keeps some really great looking company:

(I’m not going to say a word about Brad’s shoes – they are what they are, along with that hat.)
She has always had her own style and way of doing things. Like living with her long time love, and father to her children, while traveling the world with a much younger boy toy – and everyone is happy with it. And she is able to do this with such panache for a woman who has such androgynous features she’s been mistaken for a man and proudly sports unshaven legs and “gnarled” feet.

Speaking of her gnarled feet, check out these rockin’ heels she was sporting for the photocall for her upcoming film with George and Brad, “Burn After Reading”, which opened the 65th Annual Venice Film Festival yesterday.

I don’t really see too much wrong with her feet, but, I gotta say, as awesome as those heels were, I prolly woulda gotten a pedi for the carpet. That’s just me, and I can appreciate her laid back style. But, if you are gonna rock the jeweled shoes and draw attention to your feet, paint the toes. Just my opinion, of course.

That being said, I enjoy watching her at all the Red Carpet events that she takes her younger lover. But, really, the best thing to watch on the Red Carpets are the gorgeous men in their wonderfully fitted tuxedos:

(Okay, yeah, I posted this whole thing just so I could put up this hot pic of Brad and George rockin’ the tuxes and Damn! they look good.)

You must see “Burn After Reading” simply because Brad Pitt’s character is beyond hilarious! He plays the consummate fitness trainer. Almost as hilarious as his hat and shoe combination. Yikes.

I can’t wait to see it, as I love Coen Bros. movies. Having George and Brad in it is just icing on the cake.
I’m glad to know someone who has seen it so I have their opinion, too. :)

I’ve got to see Burn after reading still. Sigh. I did like Tilda in The Beach. Did you see that movie (with Leonardo)? Great film!

I never got a chance to see that one. I wonder if i can find it on the free pay per view, since its old enough now. I love Tilda – her life is so awesome.
